The Swim League B Finals hosted by Heart were a huge success!  Thanks to all the volunteers who gave their time and efforts to make everything go smoothly, and special thanks to co-Meet Directors Ellen Tilly and Karen Lavery for their expertise and effort in organizing this major event. 

We had more attendees than anticipated and exceeded our goals for additional club income – part of the proceeds will be used to purchase updated swimming equipment.  We are proud of the job done by the Heart family in putting on a great event and demonstrating the gracious hospitality we want to be known for!

HHSC Practice Updates

Note: All swimmers must be able to swim a full length of the pool in under one minute without stopping. Any child will be able to join the team before June 30th if they can fulfill this requirement.

Back by popular demand, our coaches will offer stroke clinics for swimmers who would like extra one-on-one attention to improve their performance in specific strokes, starts, and turns. A series of 4-day sessions will be held in two time slots (11 – 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 – Noon) – cost will be per swimmer/per session.

We also have a full summer of activities planned including Cedar Point trip, Swim team campout, pancake breakfast, our world famous spirit parties, and many other out of the water activities. In addition to all of the fun in the sun, we have won the opportunity to host B-Finals! This means we will generate revenue for our club and have an opportunity to upgrade some of our swimming equipment. It also means that we will need an extra effort from our volunteers to pull off this great event! Look for volunteer request forms soon to be posted on the website!
