Club Manager

Hiring for the 2024 Season

We’re looking for a Club Manager for the 2024 season. This person would be the main point of contact for member relations, manage the schedule and staffing of our seasonal lifeguard staff, and oversee general club management on a daily basis at the club. Great for teachers, college students looking for an internship, work-from-home parents, or those with a variable schedule able to handle roughly 10 hours of work a week from May 1st through Sept 30th. Business Manager / Bookkeeper

Hiring for a Year-Round, Part-Time Work Position

We’re looking to hire a Business Manager / Bookkeeper for Heart of the Hills Swim Club. This person would  manage our accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks, and would assist in financial analysis on a monthly basis so the Board is kept up to speed on the financial situation of the club.  This job is fully remote, and after initial onboarding, we’re estimating roughly 10 hours/month of work, 12 months of the year. Looking for applicants seasoned in QuickBooks with proven bookkeeping skills and experience.
