Membership Application

Membership in Heart of the Hills Swim Club is limited to 380 families, and while we’re currently at capacity, we have a wait list for those wanting to join.

When a current member terminates their membership, it becomes available and will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Should an applicant choose not to join when invited, the applicant will be removed from the list.

4You will be prompted to create an account and will be asked to pay a $50 application fee.  Once complete, your family will be placed on our waiting list in the order that the application is received. Membership changes are processed year-round as members come and go, but you can check your status on the wait list or log into the system to see your progress. If you were a previous bondholder, and you want to become a bondholder again, you can re-join the waitlist and will be immediately placed with the next available membership spot.

In July each year, we will offer a number of “August Only” memberships to the members at the top of the wait list so they can come see the club first hand and use it for a month.

Once a spot becomes available for you to join, you will be sent an email with an offer letter, which we request a response on within 7 days. At that point, if you wish to accept the offer, the remainder of your initiation fee is due and payment of the initiation fee and purchase of the bond are required within roughly 2 weeks to secure your spot. After that, you will then be required to pay the annual dues, which may be prorated if joining mid-season.  Our current Membership Costs are listed below:
