The president is responsible for hiring, contracts, and managing high level goals for the club.

The VP of Administration is responsible for managing membership, website/IT, and the day to day running of business at the club.

Our VP of Pool & Grounds is responsible for the mechanical day to day operation of our pool and facilities and making sure it is kept up to standards established by law, regulation, and common practice.

Our Swim Chairman is responsible for the operation of our Heart of the Hills Swim Team, Swim Lessons and Water Aerobics.

The Tennis Chairman is responsible for the operation of our Tennis program, including Tennis Team, Pickleball, and Tennis Lessons.

The Secretary is in charge of running Board meetings including scheduling, coordinating meeting agendas, and taking notes at meetings. They are also tasked with managing our electronic and paper club documentation.

Our Maintenance Chairman assists the VP of Pool & Grounds with managing the maintenance aspect of the club as needed.

The Treasurer is tasked with making sure that the finances are correctly conveyed to the business manager. She helps resolve conflicts with respect to payment, and keeps the Board abreast of the state of finances for the club.
