Upon approval, I agree to have my account charged $25 per week (7 consecutive days) for a family (husband/wife/children) or $15 for an individual. (PLEASE NOTE: NO adjustments will be made based on number of visits during this period.)
Admission is subject to the rules and regulations of Heart of the Hills Swim Club, Inc.
